I am passionate about bodies - how they move, how they're made up and how best we can treat them. Through physical teachings, backed by science, classes are safe, challenging, and fun for all levels. 
 
I want you to feel comfortable in your own skin - no competition, no pressure - just you as an individual, working with what you have and how you want to grow. 
 
In this life there is only one aim, to be authentic and fearless, to express your unique beautiful self. After a class, expect to feel more open and refreshed, energised and relaxed, peaceful and positive.

I also hold regular classes at Om is where the heart is, Slaithwaite, West Yorkshire.

This dynamic, mixed ability class will move you at a steady pace, building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and ultimately, inner stillness. Suitable for all levels, including active beginners.

Flow Yoga

A slower class, breaking down poses and flow routines whilst working on alignment. Perfect for complete beginners or those who want to go to 'back to basics'. Focusing on all-round fitness: strength, flexibility, balance and core - and of course, a happy mind!

1:1 - £45 per hour or book a package of 6 for £240. Small group costs depend on number of students.
