Following several 'lockdowns,' I'm now so happy to be back in studio,
with real-life physical bodies! Since launching online in 2020, Zoom classes have been a lifesaver for so many, and due to my new, worldwide community,
they will remain online for the foreseeable future.
Most classes therefore take place in-studio AND live online via Zoom.
Depending on what's going on in your life, I'm here to work with you so you don't miss out on your Yoga!

Classes consist of traditional Yoga combined with movement - functional, everyday movement of your joints, bones and muscles to help you maintain sustainable living. I am passionate about bodies - how they move, how they're made up and how best we can treat them. Through physical teachings, backed by science, classes are safe, challenging, and fun for all levels.
I want you to feel comfortable in your own skin - no competition, no pressure - just you as an individual, working with what you have and how you want to grow.
In this life there is only one aim, to be authentic and fearless, to express your unique beautiful self. After a class, expect to feel more open and refreshed, energised and relaxed, peaceful and positive.

Online, from the comfort of your own home, roll out of bed and on to your mat!
Wake up your body and mind with 45 minutes of flexibility and strength exercises, grounding poses and revitalising stretches. This meditative movement class will ensure you start your day in the best way possible.
reset, nourish & restore
Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra - a quiet, meditative practice with long holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, Yin postures target the connective tissue - nourishing joints, ligaments and fascia and promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy.)
Closing with half an hour of Yoga Nidra - the perfect remedy for a healthy, happy nervous system.
