I've created Sass Yoga and Wellbeing to inspire, guide and facilitate you through yoga and movement in a safe, accepting and passionate community; I want to build all the benefits of Yoga into your ever-changing life challenges and experiences, helping you to sustain a healthy body and a happy mind. I teach yoga for real life and real bodies, guiding you through traditional yoga poses, mixed with innovative movement. I'm an advocate for being able to move freely - now and in 30 years time. My classes are focussed on improving all-round fitness: strength, flexibility, balance, resilience, endurance
and of course, a healthy, happy mind.
I host workshops and retreats for both the public and corporate organisations and can support team away days and staff conferences with a wellbeing focus.

One to One
Whether you'd class yourself as a beginner, an intermediate or if you're a Yoga Teacher yourself, private tuition can be arranged for individuals or small groups from the comfort of your own home or a private space at Sass Headquarters.
Packages can also be tailored to suit, taking into account length of each session and total number.
